Summer Temp Positions Available at Coop Brastad!

We are currently seeking summer temps for our Coop Brastad store. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to recognize customer needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and eager to suggest ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You thrive on challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with all common tasks in the store, such as customer service, cashier work, and stocking shelves. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is the most important for us.

The positions are summer temp roles part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) during the period of June to August (weeks 25-33). Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

• - You must be at least 18 years old as you need to work independently at the cash register
• - Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is required
• - Previous experience in grocery retail is an advantage
